Our goal is a satisfied customer. Each time. Every time.

 

Problems, though, do occur. Mistakes happen. An order may contain the wrong merchandise, the "small" may be too small or there may simply be a problem with the merchandise. This policy explains how we will accept merchandise returns.

 

Sorry, we do not offer refunds or credit at this time.

 

In the event the merchandise is found to be defective, not sized as expected or just the wrong merchandise, period, we will replace it. You will be responsible for shipping the product[s] to us. Merchandise not received in a timely manner [to be explained] will not be eligible for return.

 

Items to be returned must be unwashed and unworn. You must also contact us in writing at returns@livewild.com to obtain Return Verification.

 

Returns must be received at our location within 30 days of the date we originally shipped the order. A request for a Return Verification must be made within 48 hours of when the order is delivered. All original orders are shipped with delivery confirmation.

 

We will work with you in a reasonable time period to replace the merchandise. Please understand that an important part of our process is to analyze defective prints and/or embroideries and determine the cause so that we can eliminate it. This may take up to 2 weeks in some cases.
